[[Open for Business]]

I got my first "real" graphic design client a couple of days ago! So, I figured this might be a good time to come up with a name for myself so that I could put it at the top of the contracts and on business cards. Surprisingly, I did it in one night! So behold, my business card!

[[oh baby baby]]

Here's another one of my graphic design projects! We had to design a CD cover for a sound effects CD, and I chose a CD with bird sounds. This was alot of fun to do and I think it turned out pretty darn nifty. I used acrylic, ink (marker), and printed peices (the birds) on chipboard.

[[1234 tell me that you love me more]]

I love being a graphic design student.  Because being a graphic design student means I get to have assignments like the one I'm working on in my typography class. What assignment is that, you say? Well...We get to design a calendar! There are QUITE a few parameters to the assignment, but I won't bore you with those. I'll just let you look at the pretty pictures. Keep in mind, these are my roughs and not the final design. (We only had to design 4 months for the roughs. Hence there only being 4...)

Each spread is one page, the first square (with the text and calendar) being the front, the second (with the food image) is the back. They measure 4.5 x 4.5 inches. And, in case you were wondering, I did indeed illustrate all the foods. I gotta say, it was really fun! Can't wait to do the rest.
